Most homes take 1-3 hours depending on the size and condition of the carpets.
We use truck-mounted equipment to extract as much moisture as possible and we'll provide tips to speed up drying. Drying time depends on weather, the nap of the carpet, and its condition. Should not take more than 24 hours.
We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning solutions that are safe for your entire family, including children and pets. Once the carpets are dry, they're completely safe to walk on.
Every 12-18 months for most households. Homes with pets, children, or high traffic may benefit from cleaning every 6-12 months.
We can move some pieces and put protectors or blocks underneath the legs. Keep them in place till the carpet is 100% dry, to avoid any permanent staining from wooden furniture legs. We clean around electronics, hutches, bookcases, desks, TVs, and pianos. Anything really heavy, we will go around those items.
Please vacuum if possible, move small items and breakables, and clear a path to all areas being cleaned. We usually like to park in the driveway, or as close as we can.
Carpet will be lightly damp after cleaning and can be walked on, no shoes. Use fans to speed the drying.
