Consultation, proposal, schedule, maintain
It starts with a consultation, where we assess your facility and what it needs. We walk the space, look at the carpet and hard floors, and learn where the traffic is heaviest and which areas matter most to your customers and your team.
From that we write a proposal, a custom cleaning plan built for your building instead of a one-size package. Then we schedule the cleaning around your hours. After-hours cleaning is available, so the work can happen when the office is empty or the shop is closed, which keeps disruption to your business as small as possible.
The last step is to maintain. Regular maintenance is what keeps a commercial space looking clean between the deeper jobs, and it covers carpet and tile maintenance and common area cleaning such as lobbies, hallways and shared spaces.

For many businesses the best arrangement is a scheduled maintenance plan, with visits set up on a rhythm that fits the building instead of a scramble every time the floors look worn out.
